Published

Guess what? I had my first piece of writing published.  And the best part is how it came about.

The morning of my last Tuesday night Creative Writing Class:  I still haven't written a piece to share with the class.  I put Miles down for his morning nap and a letter starts to form in my head.  Once he closes his eyes and his face takes on a far way angelic look, I sneak away to my computer and start typing.  One and a half hours later just before I hear the call "Mommy," my piece is done.
